9 Care farms selected to take part in dementia training programme

We are delighted to announce that Care Farming UK is working with Dementia Adventure to provide a wonderful opportunity for 9 care farms across the UK to receive a 3-year programme of bespoke training and support to help them deliver more care farming activities for people with dementia.
